And popstar Gwen Stefani proved that she never lets her trademark style slip, even when she's running errands, as she stepped out of her London home on Thursday looking like she'd just stepped off stage.
The No Doubt star, who's been spending the festive period with her family in the UK, wore her bright blonde hair scraped back into a top knot and made sure that she was wearing perfectly applied red lipstick as she took her boys out for a drive.

The star and her rocker husband Gavin Rossdale spent last Christmas in LA but decided that they'd spend time in England this year, so that their sons could spend time with their dad's side of the family.

And while many mums are still wrapped up in the Christmas wind-down, Gwen seemed completely stress-free and looking as stylish as ever.
Clearly not wanting to let her fashion crown slip, the designer made an effort as she left the house the day after Boxing Day, wearing what looked like an all-in-one grey jumpsuit.

The high-necked grey outfit was paired with towering peep-toe stilettos, displaying her perfectly painted toenails and a huge black and white cardigan which drowned her tiny frame.
Looking as fashion-forward as ever, the stylish star looked like she was off to a party, rather than just taking her children out for the day.
Gwen had clearly made sure that her make-up was done to perfection, as she stepped out with heavy black eyes and perfectly applied powder.

Earlier in the week, the Don't Speak singer had met up with her husband's daughter Daisy Lowe for a stroll around Primrose Hill.
Proving her natural mothering skills, the star jumped on the swings with her young sons, Kingston and Zuma, but still made sure that her stylish image was intact.
The family jetted into the UK from Los Angeles just a few days before, having to swap the sunshine for the dreary British weather.
