Living out her fantasy! Actress Artemis Pebdani dances with New Kids On The Block star Donnie Wahlberg in Remix (I Like The) video

She will no doubt have had posters of the boys on her wall when she was a teenager.
So no doubt Always Sunny in Philadelphia star Artemis Pebdani was living out her fantasy when she danced with Donnie Wahlberg in the latest New Kids On The Block video.
The actress plays a 'lonely and awkward wallflower' who turns into a party animal when she hears 
the group's latest tune Remix (I Like The)

 

She dreamed a dream: And Artemis Pebdani lived it out when she danced with Donnie Wahlberg in the latest New Kids On The Block video

It starts with her sitting awkwardly on a couch and being roundly ignored at a stuffy house party.
But when she goes to wash her face and have a mope in the bathroom, her mood is changed as the boys are seen starting their performance.
And as Jordan Knight and his sidekicks sing away, she suddenly finds her inner confidence as she starts dancing wildly in front of the mirror.

 

All tied up: She grabbed Donnie by his necktie and forced him to show her his moves on the dance floor

 

Slave to the grind: And Donnie seemed to be having a great time with his latest dancing assignment

 

Tongue tied: But her character gets over her shyness when she decides to unleash her inner dancer

 

Making a splash: And she took things to the next level when she took part in a synchronised swimming routine

According to Donnie, brother of Ted star Mark, the song is 'about anybody who’s ever felt not good enough and turning it around.'
And Artemis certainly does that as she then emerges rejuvenated, shocking the uptight party guests with her ebullient antics.
However, it also seems to catch on, as the 35-year-old actress is seen heading into the garden and jumping into the pool and engages in a bizarre synchronised swimming dance number.
This all takes the film into the evening, and as the band perform next to the pool Artemis decides she wants to strut her stuff with Donnie.

Rejuvenated: And much to the shock of her fellow party goers she emerges with a new found love of dancing

 

Stony faced: Her fellow wallflowers were far from pleased at her energetic and enthusiastic behaviour

Grabbing the Blue Bloods star's tie, the dynamic duo show off their dance moves while cheered on by an adoring crowd.
Professionals that they are, the band also sing on while they watch their bespectacled compatriot show Artemis a good time.
The video was directed by Rami Hachache, the mastermind behind the spectacularly cheesy Old Navy commercial Twas The Jordan Knight Before Christmas.
They boys are teaming up with 98 Degrees and Boyz II Men for the nostalgia drenched Package Tour, which begins on May 28th at Mohegan Sun.
