Rock widow Courtney Love looked dressed for Halloween as she stepped out in a bizarre 1920s slip dress during a chilly afternoon in Malibu.
The 44-year-old teamed her outfit with patterned tights and a turquoise pair of dolly shoes.
Courtney was joined by a mystery man as she shopped in designer boutique Planet Blue, with onlookers describing the pair as 'cosy' and 'very happy'.

Despite her kooky appearance, Courtney, who was married to Nirvana singer  Kurt Cobain, looked healthy and seemed in high spirits as she chatted to photographers.
The Hole singer has previously battled with drug addiction and famously admitted taking heroin while pregnant with her and Kurt's daughter, Frances, now 16.
The mother-of-one has been linked to a series of men since the suicide of her husband in 1994.

She is said to have had relationships with film star Edward Norton, Nine Inch Nails front man Trent Reznor and even British comedian Steve Coogan.
However in an interview with Elle magazine last month, she vehemently denied having had a fling with Russell Brand.
She said: ‘Look, I swear that Russell Brand and me are just really good friends. I don’t want to have sex with him. I actually have a very satisfactory sexual life, thank you very much.’
Despite her recent eccentric appearance, fans will be relieved that the singer is looking so well.

As well as drug problems, Courtney has battled with her weight, yo-yoing between a size 14 and a size 8.
But she dismissed rumours she had surgery to control her weight.
She told Elle magazine: 'Baby, if I could get a gastric band I would!
'I’ve heard it’s a lot of vomiting and a pain in the ass, but it’s still easier than a diet.
'I did go to see a Hollywood doctor about it. I wasn’t desperate, I just knew I had to do something. He said no.
'I might have been fat, but I wasn’t that fat. I tried lipo on my stomach after that. It was horrible and it didn’t work.’
